Job Description
  • Generate new business for preventive maintenance contract in IT environment
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve set sales target
  • Understand market dynamics and customer needs
  • Planning and executing sales action plans to engage prospects and follow up on prospects
  • Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales
  • Prepare costing quotations to customers
  • Coordinate with the technical team on fulfillment of sales contract secured
  • Follow through on internal processes to ensure smooth delivery to customers
  • Provide regular internal reports to superior to further enhance performance
  • Good self-discipline

  • Composed and meticulous
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of professional IT solutions sales / consulting experience, preferably in IT surveillance.
  • Knowledge in IT network, surveillance infrastructure, managed services and application management selling experience is an added advantage.
  • Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Must possess own car and willing to travel.
  • Able to work independently and also able to contribute as a team player.
