Job Description

Position Objective:
To undertake resolution of complaints and
disputes filed by financial consumers against
financial service providers.
  • Candidate must possess a degree (preferably in law or financial  related); and preferably at least 5 years experience in insurance and/or banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge on financial industry
  • Certification with Malaysian Mediation
  • Centre (MMC) is an added advantage.
  • PC literate and proficient in MS Office (words, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Dynamic and outcome driven
