Job Description

  • To assist in develop and implement customer service policies for the entire organization.
  • To assist in finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services constantly.
  • To manage a team of customer services staff on a day to day basis.
  • Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers and assisting them to solve any issues. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Handling all vp’s and ensuring a smooth flow.
  • Handling all rectification works during the DNF period.
  • Ensuring a smooth flow from start to end during the rectification process.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepare service reports.
  • Ensuring team contribution effort by accomplishing related results as needed
