Job Description

  • Maintains a clear understanding of the business’s full portfolio of products in print/publication, digital, and others to determine the form of strategies most suited to campaigns and projects.
  • Oversees the execution of these strategies, the positioning of advertising initiatives, including proof checking.
  • Lead for overall market research execution, supporting innovation with relevant consumer and market insights.
  • Initiate, plan and activate marketing campaigns, including budgeting, tracking, reporting and optimizing performance.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI and delivery of marketing KPIs
  • Oversee the development of house ad materials and other marketing collateral including digital/multimedia, print ads, sales kits, POSM, etc. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
  • Minimum 8 years' in marketing, branding, media planning, campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, user behavior and media consumption
  • Experience in cross-platform marketing
  • Experience in digital and non-digital product marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
