Dragon Frontier Sdn. Bhd., an established plastic injection moulding company in Prai has immediate vacancy for Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee daily injection and assembly operations and ensure manufacturing processes run efficiently and profitably.
- Manage manpower and machines resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Responsible for improving manufacturing processes, manufacturing expenses and labour efficiency.
- Ensure all products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards
- Identify cost savings opportunities.
- To implement KPI and ensuring customer and company business growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidates must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in technical related field.
- Good leadership and able to lead and motivate the Operation Dept.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in plastic injection moulding
- Able to speak and write in English, B. Malaysia and Mandarin.
