ASSOCIATE  ENGINEER x 20
Requirements & Benefits:

• Analyze and Identify cause of machine problem.
• Resolve the machine problem within specification.
• Implement permanent measures for repetitive problems.
• Assist the Engineer in maintaining ISO records.
• Carry-out Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance schedule.
• Identify parts for potential breakdown and recommend for Preventive program.
• Propose improvement ideas to prolong parts life span.
• Screening Board Repair and monitor screening yield [LDHU].
• Conduct machine ESD and grounding check as per schedule and update record.
• Implement measures to ESD check findings.
• Assist in machine setup and buyoff
• Ensure the machine comply to safety regulation & standard.
• Verify conversion kit according to drawing specification.
• To assist the Engineer in the preparation of documentation.
• Responsible for all parts linked to the machine allocated.
• Carry out stock take for spare parts.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time.
