Job Description

(Kuala Lumpur)

  • Responsible for controlling and checking on all payroll source documents.
  • Processing of payroll in a timely manner in line with current legislations and regulations.
  • Preparation and administration of personnel records, including payroll, salary increment, confirmations, promotions, transfers and resignations of employees.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and fund requisition.
  • Responsible for the discharge of Malaysian statutory contributions for clients.
  • Work closely with team members and superior to ensure Client Satisfaction.

  • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in HR, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Diligent and passionate about work.
