Job Description

(Based in Sungai Besi)

Responsibilities:
•    Recruit, train and develop a team of professional sales staff
•    Plan, organize, direct and control sales
•    Manage customer relationships and ensure continuous engagement in delivering excellent customer service
•    Identify problems and issues and ensure effective solutions especially in managing customer needs
•    Develop, lead and participate in effective promotional activities in building brand presence and increasing market share
•    Understand competition and brand difference as well as develop and implement sales programmes to improve sales and profitability

Requirements:
•    3 to 5 years' experience in automotive sales
•    Good business and financial acumen
•    Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Strong industry knowledge that can be leveraged to grow current business base
•    Promote teamwork to synergies efforts towards achieving common targets
