Job Description

  • Senior - with 3 years of experience
  • Executive - Fresh graduate
(Kuala Lumpur)

  • To assist the Company Secretaries on the corporate secretarial matters.
  • Provide corporate secretarial services and advisory work to clients.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Able to attend board meetings.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/ ICSA or its equivalent.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably with at relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial work.
  • Knowledge in Bursa Listing will be an added advantage.
