Job Description

Job Responsibilities :
  • To assist the Compensation & Benefits team in the full spectrum of human resource management & related functions
  • Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules & regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations
  • Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee
  • Develop and recommend plans & activities to improve on the current HR systems and process development
  • Attend to employees' grievances & complaints ; provide guidance as and when necessary
  • To handle any other matters pertaining to the Compensation & Benefits functions

Job Requirements :
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in social science, business administration, human resources or communication management
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proactive, dependable and able to work independently, as well as in a team to meet deadlines
  • Effective written communication skills including ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures
