Job Description

Location : Johor Bahru

  • Ensure optimum resource utilization and cost efficiency through strategic planning, organizing, leading and management for maximized productivity
  • Formulate detailed standard operating procedures, initiate and lead feasibility studies to promote quality management and continuous improvement of operations
  • Promote and enforce safety and security policies and procedures at the workplace
  • Manage a team of employees of up to 25 people to achieve operation efficiency in service and cost.

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience including 2 years in a logistics, service or manufacturing environment managing people and service deliverables
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to manage intra and inter-departmental relationships including vendors to provide impeccable service
  • Possess reasonable numerical reasoning abilities
