Job Description

Job Description for Service Desk Analyst:
Responsible for providing technical support for IT related issues for computer systems and software. Assist end-users todiagnose system issues and provide solution.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for incoming call or chat regarding IT issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either over the phone or chat.
  • Respond to Email and Lync messages for users seeking help.
  • Guide user to resolve issues.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.

  • Must have at least 0-5 Years of experience in the field of Technical Support/IT Service Desk
  • Excellent Written and Spoken Communication Skills
  • Good Interpersonal and Team working skills
  • Need to be willing to work in rotational shifts
  • Should have good knowledge in Windows Operating System.
  • Troubleshooting Software/Networking/OS related queries from users
  • Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Office products will be an added advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support
