Job Description

  • Provide 2nd level Support to Seagate applications.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Attend to technical support queries and implement fixes for application problems, working with cross-functional teams if needed to proactively resolve issues.
  • Communicates with users to understand and clarify issues for resolution
  • creates and maintains documentation for supported application. 
  • Prepares user training materials and conduct trainings as required.
  • Regularly reviews Support processes and tools for improvement.
  • Participates in projects related to applications in scope as required.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
  • Mandatory to have 3-4 years of Orace EBS (11i or R12) knowledge,  especially on iProcurement, Purchase Order, Inventory, Receiving and DOA (Delegation of Authority).
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving and solution-oriented abilities.
  • Have a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude and initiative towards problem solving and work in general.
  • Knowledgeable in  problem solving & root cause analysis processes.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in a rotating shift pattern.
