Job Description

  • The internship position is applicable to candidates who are currently in school and are seeking academic credit or real-work experience unobtainable in the classroom setting.
  • We seek candidates who are eager to learn about our business and are interested in a challenging and stimulating environment.

  • Requirements of the position:
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Higher Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Must have solid verbal and written communication skills in, English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Proficient and well versed with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Well organized and flexible with strong decision making ability.
  • Strong coordination skills, detail oriented, and self-initiative.
  • Resourceful and efficient.
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese / Written Mandarin
  • 2 Internship position(s) for duration of 6 month(s).
  • Provide assistance and administrative support in HR activities and internal administrations, business contacts and trip arrangements of the Company.
  • Applies research techniques and analytical methods to the study of administrative systems, organizational structures, policies and procedures.
  • Conducts special studies in conjunction with a project, analyzes data and makes recommendations based upon studies.
  • Responsible for project assignments, research and analysis.
  • Involve in product development, conduct Product market research and server engineering research for our market position in commercializing business products.
  • Prepares project reports, progress summaries, statistical analysis,  and related data.
  • Analyzes, generates and maintains records and other reference material necessary for departmental use.

Internship for Business Studies/Administration Students

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas with trainings & guides provided to the interns in specific areas of management and assign weekly projects to put in practice the concepts. Part of the job is making these project?s a reality and evaluating the efficacy of them, and depending on that, learn what ideas to disregard, which ones to improve and how to continue and renovate a successful project.
