Job Description

SALARY RM 2,400 - RM2,800

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

 
  • To assist in handling and performing of general administrative tasks and communication including attend to incoming calls, inquires & customer complaints
  • Preparation of letter and memo
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Assist in handling incoming calls
  • Ensure proper filling for easy retrieval* Data entry and maintenance of the filling system & documents
  • To ensure HR policy, company rules & regulations are well maintained
  • Respond promptly to all communications, including calls & emails
  • Handling ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • Candidates must possess at least a diploma and above in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as extensive training will be provided
  • Required language(s) English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Hardworking and able to multi-task
  • Computer literacy, Knowledge in MS. Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • For candidates who can start immediately only.
  • Permanent position
