Job Description

SALARY RM2,400 - RM2,800

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To assist in handling & performing of general administrative tasks and communication including attend to incoming calls, inquires and customer complaints
  • Preparation of letter and memo
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Assist in handling incoming calls
  • Ensure proper filling for easy retrieval
  • Data entry and maintenance of the filling system & documents
  • To ensure HR policy, company rules & regulations are well maintained
  • Respond promptly to all communications, including calls & emails
  • Handling ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidates must possess at least a diploma and above in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as extensive training will be provided
  • Required language(s) English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Hardworking and able to multi-tasking
  • Computer literacy, Knowledge in Ms Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint is a must
  • For candidates who can start immediately only
  • Permanent position
