Job Description

 (Temporarily 3-month)

The executive role is required to manage, monitor and coordinate all customer service related activities pertaining to export shipments which include liaison with customers, shipping agents, principals and other relevant stakeholders.
  • To manage, monitor and coordinate all customer service related activities pertaining to export shipments such as:
  • Schedule updating.
  • Vessel Booking.
  • Final Loading confirmation.
  • Cargo Statistics
  • Rating shipment
  • Problem Solving
  • Tele Marketing
  • Vessel / Service Management
  • To liaise closely with customers, shipping agents, principals and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Initiates required action for response to customers request /  inquiries.
  • Ensure and provides quality service to both internal and external parties/customers
  • Participates and provides expertise as a member of the CS team
  • Maintain and participates in team’s objectives to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timely  responsiveness
  • Detailed oriented & multi task.
