Job Description

Job Description
  • Payroll & Staff Claim
  • Input monthly allowances (ensure all signed and approved before payout)
  • Check and verify supporting documents, other general claims and ensure it is according to company policy
  • Leave management
  • Generate daily attendance
  • Prepare report ensure all captured and ready for monthly reporting (absent, late comers)
  • Prepare headcount report and submit to Finance on monthly basis
  • Prepare payout and reconcile the variance reports for increment and bonus
  • To assist other HR related matters 
  • Basic admin work
  • Recruiting and Training

Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Able to use basic accounting and payroll software
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia , English. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel around Malaysia
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply as well
