Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. To provide efficient day to day secretarial and administrative support to Directors
  2. Provide full range of secretarial support to Directors, whether official or private and confidential matters.
  3. To prepare periodic reports and update all necessary filling and documentation.

Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Advance/ Higher/ Pre-U/ Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidate who specializing in Secretarial and Personal Assisitant or equivalent.
  • Experience in administrative and clark work is an advantage.
  • Strong computer capabilities in MS Excel Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in ENGLISH and BAHASA.
  • Good planning and organizing, communication skills, follow-up, and coordination skills
  • Able to commencement work immediate prefer.
  • Possess own transport
