Job Description

  • Monitor site progress to be align with works schedule.
  • Submit periodical progress report to Division Managers / Directors.
  • Prepare sales forecast & project report.
  • To ensure profitability of projects & monitor collections from client.
  • To liaise with client & ensure projects are handed in time with good workmanship & satisfaction.
  • Attend to site meeting / con call with contractors & clients.
  • To attend to After Sales Services including rectifications works.
  • Issue P.O. to contractors & suppliers especially all procurement items for timely delivery.
  • Must possess a Diploma or Degree certificate in Design /Architectural or equivalent.
  • Fluent in communications & correspondence by email to clients, authorities & suppliers.
  • Preferably with 3-5 years experience in retail renovation works.
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English, Bahasa Malaysia & spoken in Chinese.
  • Willing to travel, work long hours & under pressure.
  • High numeration salary (subject to experience)
