Job Description

Responsibilities: -
•    Responsible in handling the daily administrative and operational matters for CEO
•    Making appointments, travel arrangement/visa, coordinating business schedules, itinerary and general correspondence
•    Handle the personal and private/confidential matters for the CEO and/ or CEO's family

Requirements: -
•    Minimum Diploma or above level in Secretary/ Business Administrative or equivalent
•    Minimum 5 years working experience in related field is required for this position
•    Good communication skills in English. Candidate with Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage
•    Possess own transport
