Requirements and Job Specifications
- Minimum Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or related fields.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in building construction.
- Overseeing site construction work and responsible on management of the project including achieving the required job quality, safety, control of project scheduling (site progress) and effective cost control for the entire project.
- Establishing the work program, schedules, sub-contracting plans and mobilizations plans and review them periodically.
- Liaise and coordinate with Client, Consultant, Sub-Contractor, Supplier and relevant authorities.
