Job Description

(2 Positions), Papua New Guinea

Job Requirements:

•    A Malaysian, Diploma or degree in Agriculture
•    Below 40 years of age
•    Minimum of 5 years working experience as an Assistant Plantation Manager in managing an oil palm plantation.
•    Experiences in land clearance, new planting and development area would be a further advantage.
•    Must possess good people management skills, leadership qualities and able to work independently. Conversant with the use of personal computer is highly desirable.
•    Must be able to implement and maintain good agricultural practices in accordance with the Company's policy.
•    Good discipline and able to work independently under minimum supervision

•    To be responsible in developing and managing the operations of oil palm plantation.
•    To take control all phases and aspects of plantation operations, including agricultural practices, budgeting accounts, office procedures and FFB production.
