Job Description

Duties include:
  • Manage the culinary requests of the client
  • Generally oversee kitchen operations at the client's premises
  • Recommend food choices pursuant to the client's requirements

The candidate should possess the following:
  • Several years' culinary experience preferably in a reputable hotel or other establishment
  • Able to cook a wide range of local and international cuisine
  • Familiarity with dietary knowledge will be an added advantage
