Job Description

The Business Development Manager/Senior Executive is responsible to source for new client/accounts whilst looking for innovative ways and solutions to bring the best and most optimum benefit to both the business and the clients in the SAAS (Software as a Service Industry).

  • To manage existing accounts and develop new business/identify areas of improvement to increase sales revenue
  • To conduct sales presentation and solution demonstration to prospects and leads
  • To build and maintain string and lasting customer relationships
  • To be able to spot trends and look for ways to increase sales performance outside current revenue streams
  • To negotiate account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • To research and recommend new ideas/opportunities
  • To listen and understand customer needs and requirements and to clearly communicate to the project management team to deliver the requirements
  • To ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • To come-up with sales presentation materials, proposals, quotations and other sales materials required
  • To work well under pressure to meet sometimes multiple competing deadlines.

Person Specification
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in the following – Computing, IT, Marketing, Insurance
  • 2 to 10 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Experience in a SAAS related industry catering to Insurance and / or Motor Franchise Industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to speak Chinese, besides English is an added advantage.
  • This position is open to Malaysians only.
