Job Description

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Team player, fast learner, basic understanding of accounting & human resource, able to liaise with all levels.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications. 

Job Descriptions:
  • Assists in all the day to day office admin, management and operational matters.
  • Updating and organizing HR databases monthly such as time sheet, staff’s claim, leave record and other related documents.
  • Ensure proper filing of all documents.
  • Prepare daily accounting documentations such as Invoices, Payment Voucher and other related documents.
  • Keep track of upcoming training and/or workshop for staffs and prepare the necessary registrations and notifications.
  • Communicate with other related parties such as banks, company secretary and others.
