Job Description

(North Port)

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Higher Diploma I Degree in Food & Beverage Sen/ices Management.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy in Ms Office.
  • Proven managerial & employment track record.
  • Able to handle Non Halal foods.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is require for this position.
  • To oversee overall kitchen daily operations and ensure smooth running of all kitchen stations.
  • Lead the setup process of Central Kitchen to enable scheduled production and delivery to all the outlets.
  • Ensure kitchen inventory accuracy with accurate labeling, dating and rotating with FIFO method for all raw material and prepared food products by following the standard operation procedure.
