Responsibilities (Position: System Support)
  • To provide internal support, troubleshooting and resolutions to queries related to in-house developed software.
  • To assist and execute IT operation tasks and also in technical services on hardware and software,be it, remotely and physically on site
  • Answer calls promptly. Log incidents/calls onto the CRM system, assess priority, diagnose, troubleshoot and analyze and provide immediate solution within his/her capacity.
  • Perform application configuration and support with some degree of database administration.

  1. Diploma in Science (Information Systems Engineering), Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) in Software Engineering, Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) in Internet Technology, Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) in Software Systems Development
  2. Self motivated and independent and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
  3. Willingness to learn and absorb information being given/ taught throughout the course of this internship.
  4. A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency to details is a well added advantage.
