Job Description

The incumbent will be accountable for providing strategic leadership and direction across various operations. These will be defined together with the Principal when the successful applicant takes up the role in August. It is likely to include work in HR, marketing, alumni relations and communication.
 
Education and experience
• A bachelor's degree and postgraduate qualification in HR or related field.
• Experience of working in a complex organisation with proven business partnering experience.
• 10+ years' experience in an HR generalist or specialist role with at least 3 years' experience in strategic senior leadership position(s).
• Understanding of strategic marketing and communications.
• Proven ability to oversee delivery of multiple projects.
• Knowledge of best practice in HR functions.
• Experience of coaching and developing senior leaders and teams.
• Experience of working with expatriate and local teams in an international context.
• Knowledge of educational institutions (desirable, but not required).
