Be our Customer Service Representative and enjoy:
  • Handling incoming inquiries from clients & customers
  • Performing and executing tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Working with the Team Manager on your daily duties;
  • Performing administrative duties (only if needed);
  • Responding to emails in English & Traditional Mandarin; and
  • Answering calls in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.

You have:
  • Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese (simplified & traditional) written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in 2 rotational shifts ( 7am to 4pm, 4pm to 1am), at Bangsar South
  • Able to speak & write/type in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Comfortable with 1 year bond
  • Have a minimum of SPM/GCE (high school certificate)
  • Able to start on 2nd July 2018.

You might also have:
  • Earned a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Work experience in a Travel or Hospitality Industry and Customer Service
