Job Description

Degree in Law and possess Certificate of Legal Practice or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years' of working experience in a legal firm or in-house legal department.
Exposure to the oil & gas industry would be an advantage.
Knowledge in banking/corporate law, and advising on various financial and commercial transaction including due diligence of various corporate exercises.
Exhibiting sound practical judgement.
Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Must be articulated and possess good writing and analytical skills.
Good stress/conflict management skills and the ability to cope with multiple tasks
Able to speak clearly, fluently, and convincingly and makes presentations with confidence.
