Job Description

  • To handle sales inquiries over the telephone for IT product
  • To update resellers of current IT products promotions
  • To ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to resellers on a timely basis
  • To provide feedback on market competition, pricing and etc
  • To handle specific stock requests for customers’ requirements
  • To prepare quotation to resellers
  • Work and communicate closely with Sales & Product team on daily sales activity and progress
  • Ensure timely follow up on inquiries
  • To prepare daily call out report, feedback & pass down reseller needs to Product Team
