Job Description

  • ​To identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve company revenue profit target.
  • To support the Revenue departments in finding new ways to attract new customers, maximize value of existing customers, and retain the most profitable ones. 
  • To conduct research on market insight of client’s position in the market.
  • To establish intuitive reporting methodologies, perform ad-hoc market analysis as required to support strategy and analyze performance.
  • To provide information on competitors events and activities such as launching new product, organizing new event etc.
  • To develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics or relevant discipline.
  • Proven 7 or more years in Data Analytics or Corporate Research Department ; experience in Research company/ agencies will be added advantage.
  • Experience with dashboard development and data reporting, managing and maintaining business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
