Job Description

  1. To design and deliver the workforce engagement strategy in conjunction with the Senior HR, monitoring and evaluating appropriate.
  2. To ensure that the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are developed, maintained and evaluated to ensure effectiveness.
  3. 3. Support organisational change by creating effective internal communications strategies and ensuring best practice across company services as changed is managed.
  4. To establish benchmarks and targets against which future improvement can be made.
  5. To co-ordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the workforce engagement strategy.
  6. To ensure internal and external communications effectively coordinated.
  7. To assist Senior HR in the delivery of the objectives of the HR service plan, and to ensure continually working towards the commitment set out in the People Plan.
  8. Plan and monitor financial budgets for communication and engagement activity.
  9. Keep up to date with knowledge and contemporary communication and engagement theory and methods to assist with the company's aim of being an employer of choice.
