Job Description

•  Ensure accurate of invoices posting activities with approved workflow for PTP Section for all companies.
• Ensure on time process of Staffs Claim.
• Ensure accurate expenses charge to correct cost center and general ledger account according to respective companies chart of account and cost center.
• Ensure on time expenses capturing with adequate narration into the correct financial month.
• Ensure on time payment processing for assigned companies.
• Performing periodic reconciliation of vendors ledger
• Assist in all aspects of accounting functions and any other ad hoc projects from time to time·         Ensure all process and standards are adhered to in accordance with SOPs and Financial Standards. 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance and equivalent.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 years working experience in related field with  basic knowledge in the latest financial reporting standard
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Microsoft Excel and Word) and familiar with ERP systems. Those with strong working knowledge of SAP systems would have an added advantage
• Good command of English – both spoken and written
