Job Description

  • Handle company’s incoming telephone calls
  • Sort incoming and outgoing documents, letters, parcels, packages and etc
  • Upkeeping of General Manager’s office on a daily basis
  • Assist in the day-to-day account activities in account department
  • Maintain proper filling and recording of documents
  • Basic administrative tasks such as scanning and photocopying
  • Clerical & computer functions
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management
  • Able to start work immediately
