Job Description

• Manage daily operation by providing the best solution for the campaigns
• Organize, oversee and coordinate the campaigns, also to manage the FAQ, T&C of the subscription campaigns.
• To assist and manage the CRM team on complaints, subscription and training
• To operate and navigate backend system to ensure subscription related task run smoothly such as TSOL, Newstand, Netcore etc
• Manage website chatbots.

• Candidate must possess at Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, project management, problem-solving & communication skills
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Tech savvy
