Job Description

• Plan & implement effective publicity to promote the scholarship programme and encourage applications
• Manage disbursement of scholarships - preparation of new agreements / monitoring of existing agreements and maintaining regular contact with scholars
• Coordinate and monitor annual contribution from partners
• Identify & recruit new partners in education
• Establish & maintain good rapport with new and existing partners to ensure continued educational support year to year
• Review & improve current processes and develop new campaigns or activities to elevate Star Education Fund's standing in the education sector

• Degree in any related field
• Minimum 5 years work experience in related field / private tertiary education sector preferred
• Exposure & knowledge in education systems both private & public
• Shows a sensitivity to & understanding of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural backgrounds
• Strong written and oral communication skills / problem analysis & solving methods
