Job Description

• Lead the event teams in achieving targets and deliverables set
• Curate and kickoff events with new themes and collaborate with prospective partners/clients
• Research, contact, negotiate and close the deal whilst advise customers on various event options and offerings
• Overlook delivery of events from proposal stage to execution and completion; including event planning, sales processes, cost analyses, etc
• Achieve targets and manage financial performance budgets
• Identify prospective sponsors and partners to enhance profit margins
• Oversee marketing plans from traditional to digital in promoting events, i.e. social media marketing, Google Adwords, programmatic advertising
• Leverage on Star Media Group and its subsidiaries products and offerings in promotion of events

• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management/Business Administration/Mass Communication/Marketing or related fields
• Proven 10 years in marketing, PR, event management, corporate sponsorship; media related industries would be an added advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Excellent internal communication and vendor management skills
