We are an established Property Developer Company located in Setia Alam seeking for suitable qualified individuals to be part of our team.
 

• Cost estimates, cost planning, and cost management on various construction materials needed for a project.
• Preparing contracts, legal tender documents, invoices, and documentation / reports.
• Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience is preferable.
• Salary based on experience from MYR 4,000 onwards. 
• Female candidates preferred.
