Job Description

  • To support the sales department with impact analysis and key findings as well as finding new ways to attract new customers and maximize value of existing customers.
  • Research on market insight of client’s position in the market (brand positioning, awareness, traffic, pricing, etc.)
  • Competitor monitoring from Social media and advertising platform (both digital and print)
  • Competitor monitoring from Adex market report
  • Competitive analysis for clients such as brand positioning, SWOT analysis etc.
  • Provide data for targeted marketing (Tribe) and marketing purposes
  • In charge of Pre-campaign and post campaign analysis and reporting
  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in a data analyst role within a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel, Google Data Studio and Tableau experience
  • Solid background in the development of data visualisations and dashboards
  • Market data exposure – experience on adex research data such as Nielsen, or other market and customer driven data source
  • Additional skills and experience with Python and/or R, or programming languages
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential for stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
