StarTrack is set to fuel the Star Media Group with a pipeline of leaders, and we are committed to investing heavily in your development. Here are the entry criteria for the programme:

• Excellent academic record (min 3.2 CGPA/2nd Upper or Distinction)
• Less than 2 years working experience
• Involvement in extracurricular & leadership activities
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Hands-on person
• Passionate to make a difference
• Strong desire to learn & contribute
• Humble, respectful & hardworking
