Job Description

• Assist the Ground Operations Manager in managing and coordinating day-to-day ground operations.
• Supervise and monitor ground operations personnel and activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and operational requirements.
• Ensure passenger, cargo and aircraft/helicopter ground handling activities comply with Company procedures and applicable requirements.
• Monitor staff training, competency, qualifications and operational records.
• Assist in maintaining and updating ground operations procedures, manuals and documentation.
• Support operational audits, inspections and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, airport authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by Ground Operations Manager.
