The importance of enhancing and strengthening the HR capability of Corporate Malaysia also arose from the growing need to upskill the capabilities of HR practitioners, which is in line with the Human Capital Development strategic reform initiative of the Economic Transformation Programme (ETP).
Towards this end, TalentCorp is pleased to support four HR Certification Programmes to ensure the future pipeline of HR professionals in Malaysia.

The four HR Certification programmes are the Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM), Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
