Senior Site Supervisor / Site Manager

Location: Klang Valley
Project Type: Residential New Builds, Renovations and Commercial Projects
Project Value: RM500,000–RM10 million
Salary: RM4,000–RM7,000, depending on experience and capability

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our construction team.

Our projects include landed residential new builds, renovation projects and commercial works across the Klang Valley, with occasional outstation projects.

Responsibilities

* Take responsibility for day-to-day site operations and project progress
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, workers and site activities
* Read and interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings
* Monitor construction quality and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
* Plan and monitor work schedules, manpower and materials
* Identify site issues early and coordinate solutions with consultants, subcontractors and management
* Coordinate inspections and rectification works
* Monitor project progress against the construction programme
* Maintain proper site records, daily reports and progress updates
* Ensure site safety, housekeeping and proper work practices
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients and other project stakeholders
* Travel to outstation projects when required

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience
* Experience in residential construction, renovation and/or commercial projects
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
* Able to read and understand construction drawings
* Able to independently manage subcontractors and site activities
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Responsible, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
* Willing to travel when required
* Candidates with experience handling projects in the RM2 million–RM10 million range will have an advantage
