Job Description

We are an established architectural practice involved in a diverse range of residential, commercial, and mixed-development projects. We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and capable individual to join our team and contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through to project completion. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently with minimum supervision.
•  Assist in the preparation of architectural designs and drawings.
• Prepare authority submission drawings, tender documentation, and construction drawings.
•  Ensure all drawings and technical documentation comply with relevant authority requirements and building regulations. 

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Highly proficient in AutoCad.
• Experience with SketchUp, or other 3D drafting  is a strong advantage
• Good knowledge of architectural detailing, construction drawings and building practices.
